BonaVenture does have a discounted spectator admission for our open skating sessions, however spectator admission is completely waived for spectators for parties that take place during our open skating sessions! Just let our front counter know what party you are with, and they will direct you to the designated party area and your groups tables.
Unfortunately we do not have party rooms, however we do have an exclusive party area for our scheduled parties! It runs alongside our skating floor allowing spectators to keep an eye on guests while they skate!
Although BonaVenture does not provide any deserts, we do provide the main course, pizza! We can also store cake/ice cream for your event, allowing you to bring tasty treats for guest to enjoy.
BonaVenture provides all of your parties essentials, including plates, cups, napkins, plasticware, and the pizza/soda. You are welcome to decorate the space and make it your own, however all decorations must be taken down once the party has concluded, and anything destructive/messy is strictly prohibited, as no one wants to clean glitter or confetti off of the floor.
In session parties are welcome to come in 15 minutes ahead of the parties start time, while building rentals are allowed 30 minutes. This is to allow you to put up any preferred decorations, put in your pizza order, or put the final puzzle pieces of your party to make sure it is not one to forget.
There are many factors in deciding what party package to book, some things to consider are the times that you are available and the estimated skater/guest count. Private parties do account for everyone in the facility that are included in your event, where as in session events do not account for spectators. If you have a lot of skaters and not a lot of spectators, then a private event is possibly a better choice. If there are a lot more spectators than skaters, then an in session event could be more beneficial.
Is a birthday cake included with the party price?
Birthday cakes are not included with our party package. You may bring in your own birthday cake, cup cakes or ice cream cake with your reserved party package. Birthday cakes are ALWAYS welcome. NO ice cream or other food or drink items.
Is the birthday child included in the head count?
Yes, Our party packages include a total of 10 children. This is the birthday child and 9 guests
How long do parties typically last?
Our parties are booked for a specified amount of table time plus all of the public session time you are booked in. If we are open and you would like to stay longer you may do so.
How far in advance do I need to book my party?
We will be happy to book your party at anytime as long as we have space available. We suggest at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance. We require a $50.00 deposit to reserve your party date and time. The balance of you party is due on your party day. Your deposit is non-refundable, but we will be glad to move your reservation to a different date if needed.
What do I need to bring to my party?
We will provide all your party paper goods. If you would like to bring in a special themed party goods we will be glad to set it up for your party. All you will really need to bring is the KIDS and the CAKE…
How do you know who is with my party?
We will give you wristbands to distribute to your party guests, these include guests skate admission and skate/in-line rental.
What happens if we have inclement weather?
We will gladly move your party deposit to another date.
