Can we bring outside food?
Yes! This depends on the type of party you book:

— Building Rentals: You are welcome to bring outside food at no additional cost.
— In-Session Parties: Outside food is allowed with a $35 fee.
Fruit/veggie trays and desserts such as cake, cupcakes, cookies, and brownies do not count as outside food, so feel free to bring those!

Can we decorate the party area?
Yes, but we have some guidelines:
Glitter and confetti are strictly prohibited due to the difficulty of cleaning. A $75 cleaning fee will apply if they are used.
You are welcome to bring other decorations and arrive early to set up:
— In-Session Parties: 15 minutes early.
— Building Rentals: 30 minutes early.
We provide essential tableware, including plates, cups, napkins, and plastic utensils.

Do we need to bring anything?
We provide pizza, soda, and tableware for your party. However, you may want to bring:
A dessert (cake, cupcakes, cookies, etc.).
Any additional decorations to personalize your party space.

Can we stay after our party ends?
Yes! If your party is during an in-session event, your guests are welcome to stay and continue skating for the remainder of the session. However, your group must clear out of the party area when your scheduled party time ends to allow us to clean for the next group.

Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes but only if glitter or confetti is used. We handle all standard cleaning after your party at no additional charge. We just ask that your group leaves the party area on time. If glitter or confetti is used, a $75 cleaning fee will be charged.

Can I bring my own entertainment (such as a clown or mascot)?
It depends on your party type:

— Building Rentals: Yes, you are welcome to bring outside entertainment.
— In-Session Parties: No, to avoid confusion among other guests. For example, if “Elmo” is at your party, other children might expect him to visit theirs as well.

Do adults/spectators need to pay for admission if they aren’t skating?
— In-Session Events: All spectators are free!
— Building Rentals: All guests inside the facility are counted toward the rental capacity.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my party?
If you need to make changes to your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible. If you cancel your party, your deposit can be exchanged to in-store credit for future use.

What happens if we arrive late?
If your group will be late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can adjust accordingly. If a party does not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time without notice, we will assume it has been canceled.

Can we bring our own music or request specific songs?
— Building Rentals: Yes! You can connect a device via Bluetooth to our sound system or add on one of our DJs to your party to take requests. Music will be available without Bluetooth or a DJ.
— In-Session Parties: A DJ will be present during open skating sessions and can take song requests. However, all music must be appropriate for all guests.

Is there a fridge or freezer available for cakes or ice cream?
Yes! We have both refrigerators and freezers available for any frozen or refrigerated items you bring.
